I felt the vibe in the air and the traumas flood in that need repair.
This doesn't need to be a bad thing..
Sometimes, you need to feel the weight of your own broken wings in order to heal as needed so you can fly once more.
How could you allow another being to allow you do this to you?
Keep going but rest when required.
It is not their fault you let the anger and depression linger after the moments gone, sometimes you need to see that you are the same as the one who breaks those wings of yours in order to see your own power,strength and weaknesses.
& Vice versa .
